The instrument listed above is covered by Extended Service Plan (ESP.) ESP covers the repairs listed above including labor and replacement parts, provided needed parts are still available. ESP does not cover intentional damage such as engravings, excessive dents, vandalism, re-lacquering, re-varnishing, acts of God, loss or theft. ESP covers two occurrences of the same repair per contracted period. The contracted period is 1 year from the time of payment unless renewed for the 2-year special. In that case, the contracted period will be two years from time of payment. For repairs not covered, 20% of ESP fee will be applied to repair cost. By signing this contract, you acknowledge the extent of coverage and agree to terms. There are no refunds. Prices are subject to change without notice. Instrument must be inspected and approved for ESP prior to contact execution.
